Beautiful set of 10 Homer Laughlin Eggshell Nautilus plates and 1 serving platter. All are in very good condition, only one plate has a hairline crack across the rim. Lovely cream porcelain, with sweet flowers in gold filigree along the inner edge. Along the border are clusters of multi color flowers. The edges are scalloped with a fan or shell embossed into the porcelain and then along the edge the trim is still shiny and intact with only slight wear. The gold has only slight wear, more so on the platter than the plates. The plates are in extremely goog condition, the are shiny with little to no utensil marks. Please see pictures. Included is a large serving. platter almost 12 x 9 3/4 inches. No chips, out o f2f all f2f end there might bad a fleabites or two- but I ha ccatcher1172 e not detected any. No crazing that I have noticed. Wonderful. Set of plates to replace or start a set with. Can easily mixed with similar Homer Laughlin pieces. Thsnk you for looking!
