Up for offer is a very clean, Shopsmith, 4\" jointer with its original owner\'s manual.

This came with a Shopsmith Mark V I recently purchased, but I already have a jointer.It looks very well kept if even used at all. The blades are razor sharp and the tables and fence look great.
Issues:

• As can be seen in the last photo, there is a scratch on the out-feed table. Wood slides past it without any issues and there doesn\'t seem to be any tarnish or rust built up in the scratch. The table is perfectly level around it.
• Also, the guard is missing its spring. The spring to fix the blade guard is item number 502908 and can be purchased from Shopsmith for $7.19. You may also find the same spring at a hardware store for $2. * I will look around my town and add an update if I find one. * I personally do not run my jointer with a guard (don\'t tell anyone). This is why it is priced so low.
• This model does not come with a dust chute or with the little wooden cart seen in some of the photos.

I believe whoever buys this jointer, will be very satisfied with it. If it does not go, I will be happy to have an excuse to have a second jointer about. Thank you.
