Showa Optical\'s Semi Leotax folding camera with Wester NKK lens 75mm/F3.5, made in Occupied Japan in early 1950\'s.
Clean condition body although we see a few parts of black leather cover is removed, and lens glasses are fine too.Shutter seems working fine with self timer, but when shutter is used by itself(not with self timer), it can\'t be held at the wound up position except for B, 1 and 1/2 seconds. You need a little work to correct this fault.Please see following check points which I confirmed.
- Shutter : Working fine from B, 1 and 1/2 second. But other speed shutter is not in perfect since shutter lever can\'t be held on at wound up position. However, using shutter with self timer, no problems can be found.- Aperture: Working- Self timer: Working- Focus ring at front lens : Rotating rigidly, and need to grease up.- Leather spring doesn\'t have hole as far as I see around, but can\'t guarantee for this.- Lens condition is fine as in the photo, but don\'t expect a very good condition as all used products.
