I have no way to further test this module. It came from a drive which was labeled # A-B21M251, 6SC6101-3A-Z. It is also marked as follows: Z=A90+A30+G10.
Once I had this drive, I decided it was too big and heavy for me to try to ship, so I carefully removed the modules and this item is one of them.
