This is a Sierra GX450 modem. it was accidentallybought for international use (outside north america) and was not returnable by the time i realized my mistake I believe it may require different software to run on north american cellular carriers. the Trimble p/n is 109992-11 If the reset button is held it will restore back to a standard Sierra Modem. Note from Trimble website on this particular modem:

1. International - Supports Generic GSM networks and frequencies outside North America (will not work in NA)

This modem does not have the wi-fi option installed but it can be purchased from a sierra wireless dealer. if any trimble cables are required please message me and i\'ll get you a price. This modem from Trimble is $1075 looks like there\'s others on for around $800. There will be no returns accepted as this modem was purchased in July of 2017 and comes with approx 9 months of warrranty left from Trimble.
