We test all machine parts prior to parting any sewing machine out, therefore we only sell these parts \"as is\" and do not accept returns on parts due to the many opportunity for repair shops to switch parts and attempt to sell the buyer their part and tell you the one you received didn\'t work. It\'s bad to know that repair shops do this, however it\'s not something we can control. We have been doing business with our Singer Authorized Repair Shop for many years and they have proven to be honest and reliable in repair of many different sewing products.
