The machine wants to run, but sounds/ feels gummed up. Looks to be missing a plate by the foot. Foot control has been replaced with a Mercury Electronic Productsaftermarket unit. May have other missing pieces. The carrying case has some scratches associatedwith the usage over the years. Folding top handle. Includes the rare key. Made in the USA.
