This gives us the best option to get the product to the customerquicklyand maintain quality.Our plants are sleeved then packed to insure the least amount of shifting and movement in their shipping container. We use FED-X, UPS, and USPS Priority mailfor shippingour products. Something to remember, plants need water andlight to grow, not to sit in a box in the corner of some trucking company with a standby ticket on it waiting for next available cheapest ride to it\'s destination. Generally if plants are boxed for more than a week, except dormant plants or seed, by industry standards they are considered dead on arrival. Non Paying Customers : Customers have 3 days to payfor sales. If the payment is not received by the end of Day 3, thesale will be cancelled, andthe items will be returned to inventory and may be relisted.

Delivery and Delays : Inspections and Weather may delay orders. Occasionally the USDA, State and or US Customs will randomly inspect customers packages, this can delay delivery timing. Southeast Plant Service, LLC is a registered certified nurseryby theFlorida Division of Plant Industry. We have all the necessary documentation and stamps, included in or on the packaging,to get the customers orders thru inspections and delivered. Weather may delay order handling and or delivery times. We monitor the weather for cold and freezing temperatures, hurricanes, storms and they\'re aftermath, and try to ship when we can avoid these obstacles or situations .
