A beautiful 5 course large bodied maple mandolin by Stefan Sobell.It has herringbone inlay,gold gotoh tuners, numbered 3700 and made in october 2000.Where the neck joins the body there is a little crazing in the finish which is difficult to see. Other than this the mandolin is in mint condition not even a pick mark just wonderful. I just had it set up and it sounds great. I dont think you will find a better condition Sobell mandolin like this anywhere. Very rare to see one for sale. The case is also in excellent condition and is a heavy duty case. Check out the new prices on Sobell mandolins and i am selling this way below the cost of a new one also there is no waiting time which i belive can be 2 to 3 years.
