It has a new aftermarket cylinder, piston, rings. It also has a brand new side cover and hand brake. It idles and oils good. I did a compression test and it\'s has 150psi. The exhaust is newer and very clean. I ran it for an hour and everything worked just like it should and didn\'t give me any problems. It holds power in the cut really well. Power head only.
