The measurements are approximately 52 inches by 30 inches deep and approximately 30.5 inches in height. It has the interesting solid legs as seen in the photograph. I have never seen this style Stow Davis Desk before, especially in wood as I typically see these in metal.
Beautiful old Stow Davis Wood Desk. I am not sure of the age but was told from the estate I bought it at that it was from the 1940\'s. They said it was the tanker style. It is a heavy solid wood piece. There are some scratches as you can see in the pictures and I have done nothing to it as far as cleaning or polishing. The drawers all open and close without difficulty. Has two slide out panels over each draw stack as pictured. Not perfect as you will see in the photos as it does have scratches but I would think they could be sanded out or covered with stain. I do not want to do anything to the finish as I have been told it is better to leave it as is so the final owner can decide to do what they want. If you have questions please ask as the sale is as is and there are plenty of photos.
This piece is in my shop in San Antonio, Fl and you are more than welcome to come see it in person prior to the sale ending. Also, it needs to be picked up from the shop within 5 days after the sale ends or I will have to charge storage fees of $25 a day. Please just communicate with me as I am very easy to get along with and just do not want someone to win it and then wait a few months to come pick it up as it then becomes a liability if anything happens to it.
