If you are looking for a nice complete Henry cartridge, here\'s another one dug near Butler\'s headquarters in the Meadowville Farm area of Chester Virginia. We dug many Henrys, Spencers and Burnsides in this area not to mention buckles and plates as well as two brass cannon sights. This area along the James River is now occupied byluxury homes, and relic hunting is no longer permitted.About twenty years ago you could dig relics at this site until you got tired. One weird thing about this place is the closer it got to dark the number ofreadings would increasetremendously. We thought at first this was just ourimaginationbut after being there several times at sunset this same thing always occurred. We believe it had something to do with themagnetic field. I have heard other people say they have had places that turn on at night. One other thing I saw dug by a good friend of mine was a pair of US Cavalry bugles, a little mashed up but they were complete.
