It is from the Your Special Treasures Collection. Made of faceted crystal 18k Gold plated trim. Crystal Memories are now all retired and are not made anymore.
This is from my collection so it does have shelf life, It come with original packaging, outer sleeve which does have soiling and certificate of Authenticity and a questionnaire booklet. .
