I buy large quantities of items from big retailers that they consider un-worthy for valuable retail space. The condition of the items range from new (discontinued and unused, opened returns) to used returns with little signs of wear and used returns with a fair amount of wear). I test all of the used items to verify function unless otherwise stated. I do not open a new item that is sealed in its manufacturer’s package.

When Idescribe an item as having no indication of use,I am not stating that the item has not been used.I am stating that,after inspecting the item,I cannot determinewhetherthe itemhas been used. An example may be a light bulb. It may have beenturned on and off 1000 timesand burning for 200 hours. There is no way for me to knowthe history oftheitemprior to my possession. If I see any indication of use such as scratches, discoloration or something that doesn\'t look quite right then, I will list my observation. I want you to make an informed decision when you choose to purchase. A transaction is not a successful transaction if all parties are not happy.

Shipping

When I offer Free Shipping I will choose the least expensive method of shipping be it FedEx, UPS or USPS. If USPS is only a few dimes more then I will ship USPS Priority. I believe it is better for you to get your packagea day or two sooner than to save 50 cents.All items are shipped from zip code 30011. Pick-up is available in the NE Atlanta area.

I usually ship the package within one day after PayPal notifies me of your payment; possibly the same day.

I restrict shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

Returns

Buyer must contact me prior to returning the item. Returns are accepted on items found to be inconsistent with the description given, not due to buyer’s remorse.

Buyer pays for return shipping. Items must be returned in the same condition as you received the item, including all packaging, user manuals, and cables, etc.
