with Pickering V-15/ATE-4 Cartridge and Pickering DATE 4 StylusAuthentic Pickering cart and stylus (not remake). The belt is as good as new. The TT sounds great & works. This is not an automatic turntable and the tonearm needs to be lifted and cued to play the record, and the tonearm will auto return to its rest and shut off at the end of the record. The speed adjustment works but seemed to have some pause on the platter; more than I expected, but worked. Something you should be aware of if purchasing. May be a dirty pot but made adjustment played the LP fine. The turntable has four coats of new satin black paint and painted under the hinges and Technics badge, and the badge was painted to match. Just cosmetic due to some discoloration on the original gray, and some chrome was peeking thru the edges of the badge. It looks really nice and happy with the results. The cover is scratched and has marking and could not get them all to show as much as I wanted in the PICS, but works and does the job. In pic 8, on the cover where it meets the hinge, it appears to have a small crack, but I could not feel a crack on either side of the cover and seems to be inside the plastic. There was felt on the bottom of the four rubber feet for which 3 survived and can be glued back on and will be included. Trying to point out everything, good or bad, and show everything in the PICS so there are no surprises if you buy this.

Turntable will be taken apart for shipping and 2 screws and washers may be holding the platter in place just like it was when new, or the platter will be removed to ensure safe shipping.
(platter, belt, head-shell, counterweight, and cartridge & stylus may all need to be put back together on the turntable)
PLEASE READ: There are no returns on this, but I am a reasonable person and will take something back if I made an error. It will be properly packed at my expense. I tested and know it is working as stated. If you cannot put a platter and belt on a turntable do not buy this and experiment. I cannot guarantee anything other than it is working as described and should continue to work if handled properly. I cannot guarantee electronics circa. 1970, but do know this has not been used since I owned it in 20 to 30 years. The platter will be removed for shipping (if determined to be needed) or it will be locked down with bolts that will need to be removed before use if applicable. The platter will have to be put on the turntable carefully and properly as well as the belt if the platter is removed.
Do not buy this if you are considering stealing parts. Security measures are in place that will expose any tampering. If you take anything apart it will show and you cannot return under any circumstance. If you have a problem or concern let me know but do not try to fix anything or take anything apart or I cannot take it back or approve a refund under any circumstance.
If you have any concerns ask me ahead of time. Do not buy it then start complaining it is not up to your expectation which is a huge waste of time, energy, and money for both of us. A 20% fee will be charged if you decide you want to return this, so please be sure you know exactly what you are buying.
This is also why Priority Shipping is the preferred shipping option to ensure this does not get tossed around and damaged by ground shipping, but will safely pack for FedEx Home Delivery and it will be insured for the value since Priority Shipping may be too expensive for long trips.
