You are offerding on a radio I don’t really want to part with but some recent medical bills have taken the priority, that’s why the higher starting price. This radio I was planning on keeping in retirement but got a good deal on a newer Icom. If you are searching for the Ten Tec quality, QSK, low noise receiver with that Collins KWM-2 look and feel this is it! The filters really work great too.
You are offerding on a beautiful classic Ten Tec Omni C, 252Mo matching Ten Tec Power Supply, stock cables, Over-voltage protection, Ten Tec Desk Microphone, Original Manuals, original factory box for the transceiver with tuning accessories from the factory. This radio has always been in an AC non smoking home. I am the second owner bought from a surgeon who said he never put a mic on it as he was a CW man. His original receipt is in the photos. I have largely used it phone barefoot. It has never been used outside the home QTH. No known mods or problems and it operates as it should according to Specs 10-160M. Great audio and RF output. The PTO is smooth and like it as when I bought it. No major repairs although a light was changed and alignment and general check out occurred by N4ATS who is an RF engineer. I will double box the Omni and accessories and the power supply will have to be shipped separately. I suggest only UPS Insured. For the Omni insurance needs to be $500 and the power supply under their basic insurance of $100 unless you want to pay for more. It will be well packed and padded. If you prefer signature only Vs at the door UPS please advise.
