Click to View Image Album Tested Tron-Tech 902MHz Low Noise power amplifier with 38dB gain, and typically .6dB N.F. also having 27dBm P1 (1/2watt) output power.This amplifier operates from +18-24v @ typically 200Ma.The input FET in this unit is a 1302 and the final is a NEL2301, 2.3GHzstud mount transistor good for one watt. The mounting stud can be seen in the last photo showing the bottom of the case.I also wrote the units actual N.F. on the bottom of each unit as I was testing them. This amp would make a very nice transverter with the additional of a transfer relay to reverse the amp\'s direction from receive to transmit.
