You are offerding on a previously owned and enjoyedTorobrand, 3 gang, 3 point hitchreel type gang mower.It was acquired several months ago with a lot of Public School Surplus items. We did not market it, because it was missing a piece to hook the gangs together that needed to be hand made (see photos of new piece).All the main components seem to be present, however, most likely the blades will need some sharpening (it has set idle for a year) and the paint job is exactly what you see.There are NOmanuals etc., hence, neither can weguarantee the completeness of this item. For that reason it is being sold AS-IS and WHERE-IS. In other words, its a WYSIWYG sale. Meaning "WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET" sale. No warranty or guarantee is being expressed or implied on this item.
