Direct from Denmark and the Thomas Dam company who created the Troll Doll craze of the 1960s, here is a later design: a \"Norfin\" seal savings bank. This pleasant, pensive fellow has a darkened head and back, and a white painted belly. He has wide, wide amber eyes as well.
His origins are clearly stamped into his base: \"Made in Denmark by Dam,\" \"DAM\" and \"© 1984\" are all clearly incised.
Still with his original plastic key, plug, and Norfin hangtag, this adorable and hard to find collectible has spent the last several decades in a display case, and has never been exposed to smoke.
