The batch size is65 gallons, and it will take a little over an hour for the first batch.

While the first batch is processing, you can be de/watering and pre-heating your second batch, and stay with me here.

While the second batch is processing, your are pulling glycerol from batch number one and sending it through theFreedom CleanDry Wash Tower and into storage or your diesel vehicle, all while batch number 3 is de/watering and pre-heating.

All this is accomplished with minimal hands on time. You wll need to spend about 15 minutes of time per batch, then set your timer and go about your day.

Your new BD65will be built with our NEW Control panel. It will feature a 6 hour master timer switchas well as a timer for Processing and Methanol Flash for the highestpossible fuel quality.

Your BD65 will be shipped with everything you need to get started, you just need to supply the waste veggie oil and Methanol.
