Used Uniden BCD396XT portable/handheld police, fire radio scanner. Includes Scanner, batteries, antenna, SMA-BNC antenna adapter, wrist strap, belt clip, original packaging, and AC power supply. The AC power supply needs to be replaced, because the scanner will occasionally display \"illegal voltage\", and will not power up on the AC charger. However, the scanner works well. There\'s some wear on the keypad, but it\'s still readable.
