For sale is a piece of University of North Dakota School of Mines pottery. It is a 3 1/2\" by 1/2\", an unusual colored glaze -Teal green and brown -paperweight with a \"R\" and 3 chain links above. Back marked with the cobalt blue round UND mark and \"Emma Lou Harriman Made at Grand Forks of North Dakota ClayASS\'N OF REBEKA ASSEMBLIES\". This was made by UND and presented as a commemorativeto those women attending a state Rebekah Convention. This is the only one of these commemoratives that we have seen that says it is made of North Dakota Clay.Paperweight is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, scratches, crazing or repairs. Insurance is included in shipping.
