This authentic antique, sweet little, 7 1/2\" tall, Art Fabric Mills, New York, c.1900, clothdoll is constructed of sturdy, canvas-like cotton material with adorably printed, lace trimmed undies, lace-up black boots and red stockings. She has lovely printed features with sweet expression,pretty printed, curly hair withred hair ribbons and nice hand and finger details. She wears what certainly must be her original, long antique, pale polka dot printed dress with tucked bodice, dropped waist and trimmed with lace at the neckline. She was manufactured by Art Fabric Mills/New York/Pat. Feb 13th, 1900 and is stamped across her back: This figure is a miniature of the Famous Life Size Doll which sells at 2/. G. KIRKHAM, agent, 75 Queen Victoria St., London, E. C. and has no tears or repairs and only one small spot from years of play (which is covered by her gown) as the photos show. Her clothing is able to be removed. These smaller size Art Fabric dolls are much harder to find than the larger versions (see another version shown in last photos, not included and available separately). She has no odors and is from a smoke free home. Nearly all of our items are antique or vintage (usually with some signs ofwear due to usage and previous storage). We do our very best to describe and photograph them for you and do not repair, restring, repaint or enhance them in any way as most collectors prefer to find them in their original state.
