SHIPPING and HANDLING

Due to PayPal\'s Shipping Policy, we will only ship to the PayPal confirmed address on the PayPal payment. Please be sure your address will be confirmed through PayPal, if it is not we may cancel the order.

If you use a shipping forwarder, the item is considered delivered once it arrives at your forwarder; we are no longer responsible for delivery once it arrives at your shipping forwarder.
- If any item is returned due to incorrect, insufficient, misspelled address or refusal by the customer to take delivery, the item will be refunded minus shipping costs.
- Any item that is \'lost\' - item not received, lost in shipment, misdelivered etc. is reported to the appropriate agencies and collector groups to prevent it from being resold.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
This item does not ship internationally.
RETURN POLICY
Any item may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please notify us WITHIN the 14 day period after receipt so that we know you are returning the item.
- All returns must be in same packaging (mylar holders, protective packaging) as when shipped.
- Buyer pays return shipping costs.
- Refund will be made after the item has been received in the same condition as it was shipped.
