Thank you for your interest.This piano has been in my family for over 50 years. It seems to be in good shape, but certainly needs a tuning. And probably a few strings. The sale includes the piano is sold as-is, where-is, in Durham CT. Buyer must provide all labor to move the piano from the room over my garage and to load their vehicle. The piano needs to be moved up one flight of stairs, then down two flights to get to the driveway. Or down a natural stone path.Buyer must contact me within 24 hours to make arrangements for the pickup.buyers making offers on the piano must agree to this conditions in their offer. Otherwise, the offer will be rejected. No exceptions.Please do not waste your time and mine by offerding on this item if you can\'t arrange the local pickup.
