An original WWII USMC Bolo Knife and scabbard in nice shape and blade marked Clyde Cutlery. The blade is in nice shape, no nicks, has original arsenal sharpening, some old age spots and pitting on one side due to poor quality metal not rust. There is a stamp on the blade from the manufacturer \"Clyde Cutlery\" that is faint but visible, there are a few cracks in the handle but it is still tight and firm and no splinters. This is an early Boyt 42 scabbard that only has 2 rivets in the throat piece and is in excellent shape. Check out the pictures to see the true quality of the scabbard. All the stitching is intact and perfect, there are no splits or looseness in the seams, throat piece is tight, hanger is firmly attached, nice markings, there are a few dings on the outside that are surface only they don\'t pierce the leather, and the scabbard seats the bolo knife perfectly.
