Most of the description information can be found in the condition description. I did talk to my do all guys since writing the condition description and they say that it will continue running at idle either with starter fluid or pumping the primer bulb and this should give you apretty good idea that the problem is in fuel delivery not the engine itself. Also noted that the battery has been replaced. They have not gone through the hydraulic system. I would condition the sale on the machine running at idle before purchase so you know that you are not buying unit with blown motor.
