Here is a very hard to find, circa 1920s, German Professor, caricature doll figure produced by the famous Kammer & Reinhardt (K * R) doll factory (better known for their bisque head dolls) and shown in their 1926 catalogue of numerous occupational character doll figures. He stands, 13\" tall and has a stockinette cloth covered, strong wire armature (which allows for various poses) and flat soled, composition feet with painted black shoes and grey socks. He has a rather smug expression with well molded and painted features including downcast eyes, eyelids, turned up nose and full lips. His head is covered by his black yarn hair which matches his mustache and goatee. He has good cheek blush and wears all his original clothing including black and white plaid trousers, shirt with collar and printed buttons, brown felt vest, big black bow tie and long white lab coat with ties at the back. He is in very good overall condition with no holes, damages or repairs and no odors as he is from a smoke free home. He\'ll make a terrific addition to any doll collection.
