Up for sale is this decorated opal glass Victorian oil lamp tulip shade . This one is full size \'duplex\' one. Approx 8&1/2 inches max, top diameter and 6&1/4 inches tall. Standard 4 inch approx base fitter, 96mm internal diameter opening at base, will fit over a full size duplex oval bulge chimney .

No chips No burst bubbles or nasty stains . Both top and bottom edges are fully flame-polished and smooth.

Has attractive floral decoration which repeats 3 times round the shade. The pattern is very similar to a Wedgwood pattern of the late 1890s. Shade is definitely old as it has solid opal and not cased glass construction.
