Vintage George \"Babe\" Ruth Miniature Bat
16\" Louisville Slugger

DESCRIPTION: Last year, I purchased a large lot of vintage Baseball Bats. This lot consisted of old Boys Baseball Bats (ranging up to 31\" in length) and older miniature baseball bats, which included a 1909 Ty Cobb souvenir bat (sold on last Fall). This lot was actually part of a much larger collection that included many 19th century bats (a couple Town and Ring bats). The following bat comes from my lot:

Offered for your purchase consideration is this vintage Miniature George \"Babe\" Ruth Louisville Slugger Baseball Bat. Marked \"125 Louisville Slugger\" with \"Louisville, Kentucky Made in U.S.A\" along the bottom of the oval. Stamped \'George \"Babe\" Ruth\' but there is no \"R\" (registered trade mark symbol) following. Every version that I have seen thus far does have the circle with the \"R\" following \"Ruth\". I don\'t know the age, or origins, but it was included in the lot of miniature bats that I purchased; many of which are fairly rare.

SIZE: Measures 16\" in length.

CONDITION: Appears to have age to it. No chips or cracks. Light wear to the finish. Stamping is great. You will receive the item shown above. If you have any questions please ask before you offer, not afterwards. Thank you!

I reserve the right not to sell to any buyer who is in default of this condition.
2. Destinations: Unless stated otherwise, I only ship to destinations within the continental United States. Buyers must live in Countries that I agree to ship to. Items will only be shipped to buyers directly, no third party involvement!
3. Accessibility: If access to this listing is impeded in any way due to an malfunction, during the last 2 hours of the sale, regardless of the length of time involved, I reserve the right not to sell this listing to the winning buyer.
4. Winning buyer(s): PLEASE wait for me to send you an invoice before paying. Most of the time, I wait till an item sells before packing it. In many cases I am able to lower the shipping cost, which is reflected on your invoice. For more information on shipping cost- see below. For “Local Pick-Up Only” items- see Payment Terms below.
5. Definitions: Throughout these terms, “winning buyer” and “buyer“ are used interchangeably.

SHIPPING TERMS:

1. Shipping & Handling Charges: Includes delivery confirmation (tracking), packing material, a small handling fee, and a 9% fee charges Seller’s on shipping cost. Place your offer assuming the shipping costs are fixed. Please do not buy the item and then complain about high shipping costs! No one is making you buy the item. Please know that my primary concern is to get the item to you safely, not to make money off you.
2. Handling Time: Items are typically pack and ready for shipment (handling) within one business day from the date I receive notification that your payment clears. Whenever possible, packages will be taken to the post office within one business day from the date payment clears. Regardless, I will always keep you posted.
3. Local Pick-Up: Items advertised for “Local Pick-Up Only” MUST BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS following the end of the sale, unless mutually agreed to otherwise.

PAYMENT TERMS:

1. Payment: Through Paypal, unless agreed to otherwise before the end of the listing. For “Local Pick-Up” items, payment is to be made in cash at the time of pick-up.
2. Due Date: With the exception of local pick-ups, buyer agrees to make total payment within 48 hours following the receipt of the initial invoice. If you cannot make payment, within this time frame (due to work, family commitments, vacation, etc.), please notify me before you offer, not after! Thank you!

RETURN POLICY:

1. Standards: I treat my buyers the way I want to be treated as a customer. Every effort is made to accurately represent the item(s) being listed, but ultimately, the buyer should be fully satisfied with all aspects of this listing prior to placing a offer (purchase). If you have any questions you should contact me before you offer, not after.
2. Refunds: Buyer must notify the Seller of any issues within 48 hours of confirmed delivery date. Where it has been mutually agreed to, beforehand, item(s) can be returned for a refund within 14 days of this notification. Refunds will be limited to the maximum of the winning offer amount only. No costs will be reimbursed for shipping charges (packing, postage, insurance, tracking, etc.) either way. Buyer will be responsible for prepaying all costs associated with shipping the item(s) back to the seller. The amount refunded, will be conditional on the item(s) being received back in the same condition they were shipped out in. I do not offer refunds due to buyer‘s remorse.
