This sign measures 15 3/4 inches in diameter. It is made of wood or masonite. There are three small holes in the center area, where it had been attached to a vertical sign stand. Condition is \"VG\", with all original paint, and no restoration of any kind. Along the upper right edge, there are a few splashes of white paint, and they look like they are minor flaws from the time of original manufacture. There are two seals at the bottom of the sign, one the Green Cross For Safety, and the other is the Highway Safety Inter-Industry Committee, with very small words reading, \"An Organization of Automotive and Allied Industries.\" The maker\'s stamp on the back is slightly illegible, but it reads: \"The Adver-Disc / Mfg\'d & Distributed By / Van Houten, Inc. / John Harper / Detroit 24 Michigan / ...and then there are 3 words I cannot read.
