Stunning vintage 1940s peplum suit in near perfect condition.  Ready to wear.  Both pieces are composed of a soft grey gabardine wool.  Jacket is lined inside in black rayon or silk.  Jacket features peplum and nipped waist with form fitting pleats and detailing.  Secures down front with a series of fifteen black plastic buttons through fabric loops.  Short collar with ornaments beneath on either side.  Union WOG National Suit and Coat Industry tag inside.

Skirt is rendered in the same gabardine with simple yet sleek design.  Secures at top left with black plastic button and metal SERVAL zipper.
