Selling for friends .. whose family I quilted with 30 years ago In Fulda, In .. a farm family who had this put in their homes basement brand new just after building it.

Fully functional unit .. tested in past 3 months to heat as inspected. We took it into our warehouse a few weeks ago.

Prefer pickup. Will ship. Shipping will not be enough if we ship to a home owner address who needs a liftgate on truck to receive the item.
