Vintage 1953 Epiphone FT-79 Acoustic Guitar.Vintage original 1953 Epiphone FT-79. This is the pre-cursor to the FT-79 Texan as used by the Beatles and Paul McCartney. This guitar sounds incredible.
It\'s had a neck reset and many crack repairs. Guitar is a cannon and has lots of songs in it ready for the new owner to coax them out!!Neck feels great. It is a nice oval shape that is perfect for chord playing. The action is set nice and low, it\'s smooth to play all the way up and down. The nut width is 1 11/16\".The guitar has unbelievable big sound. Beautifully rich and punchy, the projection is awesome! Great for both strumming and fingerpicking, it\'s hard to put this one down. Clear and warm vintage tone.Very good condition with some honest wear. Comes with original hard case.Guitar is exactly as pictured.
