Up for sale is a vintage, early 60\'s, Stiles electric guitar. Lee \"G.L.\" Stiles was a renegade luthier from Florida in the 60\'s who made some very cool guitars out of his garage shop. He was famous for building almost everything on the guitars except for the pots and tuners and the Bigsby and that is what he did on the one. The super cool homemade Dynasonic style pickups sound killer! This is an early Stiles and is a fancier model than a lot of the them, just check out the awesome neck inlay! It plays good but like all vintage guitars, it could use a set-up to your taste. The neck has 2 repairs on each side of the headstock. It was never broken off, just cracks. They are both noticeable and you can feel one of them, although not when playing. One is open a hair but has been like this forever and the neck is totally straight and solid. If it didn\'t have this repair, I\'d be asking another grand for the guitar :) The only non original parts are the neck plate and knobs, besides this, it is 100% original. I\'m really sad to see this one go but it will make an awesome player or addition to your vintage guitar collection.
