Put the coin into the slot, left hand moves down to take off her bra and breasts are exposed. When I put a coin in it a quarter or nickle seemed to work the best, when it starts she works and lights up. It seems to want to run and not want to shut off unless you jiggle it a little so the coin drops down and then it shuts off. The coin stopper is included as well as the battery holder stopper. There is no rust in the battery compartment.The box has some vintage wear but is intact. Has original insert inside the box.Takes 2 “C” batteries, not included.Please see all photos.
