Bjørn Wiinblad (1918-2006) was a Danish Painter and Ceramics artist. His work is in the collection of the MoMA, Victoria and Albert Museum in London, and Stockholm’s National Museum. This piece is monogramed by Wiinblad and signed Denmark and 1987. The style is M.19. She is glazed blue and white and is carrying a basket of flowers. Typical of Wiinblad, she is highly detailed in her dress. The piece is in very good condition.
