This is a vintage charm of a Cleveland police badge. The letters were enameled in black; there is some wear to the enamel. The charm is not marked for silver content, and I think it is not sterling, just silver tone. It measures one inch high and 5/8 of an inch at its widest and weighs 3.4 grams.
