I believe this tip be from the 50\'s and all of the party\'s to be original but of course I can\'t be positive. The bell does still work as do the pedals. The gray on the underside of the rear is just dirt. It does have minor surface rust as seen. The wheels all turn freely the bushing in what would be the rr wheel bearing has come out as seen in undercarriage pic. No ladders are included neither is anything else not shown. This item measures about 44\" long 19\"high and 15 wide. It weighs 28 pounds so shipping is expensive but I will ship it and the multiple shipping options I have listed are accurate. Local pickup is available with no additional cost.
