With Push Pull Tube Amp Transformer and Hum Bucker coil

This is a precision Field Coil Speaker engineered with a hum bucker coil that cancels any AC ripple that might be present on the field coil DC.

Excellent 15\" Speaker, was tested using an external HV power supply adjusted to run 60 ma through the field coil. I connected my stereo speaker output directly to the voice coil connections for testing and it sounded great. I have included a connection diagram showing how the hum bucker coil is connected to the voice coil (FC=field coil, H=hum bucker, VC=voice coil)and you can see in the pictures that the Field Coil is 640 ohms resistance. There is a minor repair that can be seen in the close-up of the cone, it has been expertly repaired using water proof flexible glue and should not effect the sound quality. The front of the speaker cone is currently protected with double corrigated cardboard that has been bolted on to the speaker. This is a heavy speaker and will be very well packed and shipped insured.
