This is Vintage Hamilton BeachStainless Ice cream Scoop Model 67-1 Made in USA.
The stainless 2 1/2\"widescoop has a black handle with a green tip, firmly attached to the metall.
The scoop measures approx. 8 1/2\" long.
It is in great vintage used condition, works very good, very clean, super smooth mechanism.
The metal handle and spring fully function as intended.
The spring is strong and the rotating piece inside the cup moves smoothly with out sticking or scraping on the metal cup.
