The testing involves plugging it in, hooking up speakers and an input source if needed then describing as accurately as possible what I see. This item I have no clue on what it does or how it operates. I did not get it to power up, but then there are some knobs missing as seen in photos. It had those extra parts as pictured and a Philmore Pure-Tone I forgot to picture.As it is vintage gear, cleaning, adjusting, and repairs are all possible and part of the restoration that maybe needed.
