Vintage Latticed Cherry Pie Cover Lid w/Ceramic Dish Pie Holder
A very bright and shiny vintage Cherry pie dish in excellent condition. No crazing, chips or cracks. 10.25\" inches in diameter, approx 4 1/2 \" high with cover on and will hold up to a 10\" pie. The plate is 2 inches deep and has a fluted rim. The cover is beautifully rendered as a latticed cherry pie with figural handle of cherries and leaves. Glazed with bright reds, mottled brown, and pale green. It has been used very little. High quality, vintage, heavy ceramic piece. Very colorful for use, display or bringing your pie to your favorite gathering.Unmarked, unknown maker. Probably made 1940-1960
