SHIPPING:   I will ship your item within one (1) business day unless I am sick.  Please look at the postal date and compare that date to when you received it. Then go to the USPS On-Line tracking site. Enter your tracking number. With the information that is provided, you should be able to see just where the delay was, if any.

response:  Before leaving a negative or a neutral response, please contact me about your issue.  I will leave you POSITIVE response as soon as you have paid for the item and I return from shipping your item. I DO NOT expect you to leave any response for me until after you have received your item. 😊

RETURNS:   Buyer must notify seller of intent to return within ONE (1) DAY of receiving the package. The buyer must make an effort to pack product at least as good or better than received. Buyer bears all return costs.

BE ADVISED:  The winning buyer has THREE (3) DAYS to pay for the item. If the item is not paid by then, an UNPAID ITEM will be issued and the item re-listed... Exception: If you are offerding on more items; then your time of THREE (3) DAYS starts with the last item you won and the final invoice has been sent to you.
