This one-of-a-kind sand cast sun dial was created in the foundry at Studebaker back in 1977 and is signed and dated T Ander 1977. Measuring an impressive 9 ½” tall x 15” in diameter, it bears the motto, “SUN TIME” and rather crudely formed, raised Roman numerals. The metal is weathered from years in a garden in Michigan and the peeling green reveals a paint history of several layers.
