Vintage Pocket Knife Lot (57 Knives)-Case XX-Solingen-Boker-Old Timer--Many More: $325.00
I KNOW THIS IS A LONG DESCRIPTION--BUT I THINK IT’S NECESSARY FOR YOU TO GET A GOOD IDEA OF EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE BUYING. **SORRY**You are offerding on/buying a large collection of 57 vintage pocket knives; and a Lansky Sharpener Tool Set. Over 7 lbs of knives! (See Pictures & Description)**I Know Very Little to Average About Vintage Pocket Knives--or I might try to sell them individually**I have not been through these knives except to try to identify the makers. These knives consist of a wide variety of length, material, and makers. On a quick look through the box--and while taking pictures--I opened a few blades and found the following names either on the handles or the blades. Case XX , Solingen--at least 5, Buck 303, Rostfrei, Barlow, Boker, Valley Forge, Cabela’s, Old Timer--2, Schrade, Kamp King, Buck Creek, Richard Sheffield England, USA, The Ideal, Utica/Utica TL-29, Imperial, Scout, Sabre, Colonial, Gerber, Saxonia, Prov Cut Co., Victorinox, Wenger Dalemont, Camillus, SOG and many more-- Some Advertising Knives, Multi-Tool Knives, Hobo Knife, Swiss Army Knives, and many more...(See Pictures)CONDITION: The condition of these knives vary--from shiny-like new--to old with patina and a little rust--and everything in between--some better than others. Some of these knives will need a good cleaning--by someone who knows what they are doing. I made no attempt to clean them, in fear of doing more damage than good. There are 2 or 3 with damage to the handles. (See Pictures)PICTURE # 4 IS OF 5 SOLINGEN KNIVES. ** 2 with Badly Broken Handles: I started to pull these knives with badly broken handles , but realized they had Solingen blades and decided to include them--thinking someone may be able to replace the handles. The handles are in pretty rough shape on these knives; however, the blades look pretty decent. 1 is a “Buck Creek”--as stated on the handle--The blade is marked, “Solingen--Made in Germany”. The other does not have a marking on the left on the case; however, the blade is marked, “Howstra Solingen” “Germany”. (See Picture #4)** One of the most interesting knives in this listing is a “Solid Brass, Bayer Advertising Knife” with the blades marked: “Solingen”-”Rostfrei” and “Fabrique En Allemagve”--Which is French for “Factory In Germany” This knife is in good condition. (See Picture #4)I am selling THESE KNIVES--“AS I FOUND THEM--&--AS IS”.Also included in this listing is a Lansky Sharpening Tool Set. This sharpening tool set may be missing pieces. What you see--is what you get. (See Picture #12)Buyer will pay $10.00 towards (Medium Flat Rate) shipping/handling.
