You are offerding on a Vintage Precision Electronamic 912 Tube Tester in Dove Tailed Wood Case. It turns on, the needle moves toward the middle and the line adjust works properly. The scroll moves forward and back with ease. One addition attachments and paper instructionsareincluded. Power cord does need replaced.The unit is untested because I don\'t have any tubes to test.
