You are offerding on an outstanding R.H. Forschner Victorinox 18" butcher knife.It was made in Switzerland.The massive blade is about 12" and about 1 1/2" wide at the widest point. The wood handle is in very good condition. The blade shows a bit of wear from use but it is still solid and very sharp.
