The son said his Dad worked on televisions and radios with these machines (I have others listed for sale). The electric cord definitely needs replaced and the plug end needs repaired so it is a parts or repair item. There will be a copy of handwritten schematics included that was with the other identical machine I have in another sale. I do not know anything about this type of equipment or how it works so I am Selling it in As Is condition. Please see my pictures for external condition of item. It weighs 11 lb. unboxed.
