Vintage Receiver/Amplifier Sansui 8900 ZBD 125 WPC:
$355.00

This is a vintage Sansui 8900 ZBD with 125 watts per channel. It states \"Power 450 watts rated and I have no idea what that means \"Watts rated\". I\'ll tell you one thing for sure and that is that it\'s got more power than I\'ll ever need. AM/FM receiver in very good condition. I use it as my back up when other of my stereo equipment is out being worked on like now. I\'m currently using it and want to sell it to help pay for my other receiver. I have an idea of what the shipping will cost but I\'m probably going to be way under what it actually cost, it\'s heavy. It has incredible power & display graphics like none I\'ve seen before. Like I said, it\'s got a ton of power, way more than I will ever use. It sounds great with a fantastic sound stage, deep bass, crisp highs and warm vocals. I just hooked up the CD Player with the headphone on and it sounds fantastic on tape or Aux.
It has digital & analog tuner which is different but neat. Neon digits on the right in bright blue and a long 60\'s style scale. It also has a graphic EQ readout on front that is adjustable but you\'ll need to download the manual to understand it, 2 tape in/outputs, 2 phono & 1 Aux. Input. It has a Dolby FM Decoder & 6 station Pre-Sets with battery backup. When I purchased it, it had three scratched knobs that I replaced and it also has some heavier equipment depressions on the top from some other heavy piece sitting on top and leaving some marks that are not that noticeable. It\'s heavy that\'s why I included shipping and covered myself onfd the price a little to cover safe packaging, shipping and insurance. There are a few scratches on the aluminum strip on the top of the front, normal wear and tear for a piece this old.

I apologize that I forgot to add the standard on all vintage stereos that the sale of this unit is as is. I checked it out as well as I could and was actually using it up until yesterday and everything works fine. All lights are lighting up and all aspects of the unit as far as phono, tape, radio, etc are working very well for a receiver as old as this one is. Especially neat is the red bar volume bar which pulses with the power level. Sorry I forgot to add that this is an \"as is\" sale but I sell and buy so many of these that I just assume everyone knows that this is the case with all vintage stereos.
Thanks,
Ed
